Multiple vulnerabilities in Microsoft Development Tools

Beschreibung

Multiple serious vulnerabilities have been found in Microsoft .NET Core and ASP.NET Core. Malicious users can exploit these vulnerabilities to cause denial of service, obtain sensitive information and gain privileges.

Below is a complete list of vulnerabilities:

1. Improperly handle of certificate data can be exploited remotely via providing a specially crafted certificate to the .NET Core application to cause denial of service;
2. An open redirect vulnerability can be exploited remotely via specially crafted URL to gain privileges;
3. Improperly handle of web request can be exploited remotely via specially crafted requests to the ASP.NET Core web application to cause denial of service;
4. Allow of bypassing Cross-origin Resource Sharing (CORS) configurations can be exploited remotely to obtain sensetive information.
